1. What products do you offer at TrendzTouch?

T-Shirt Bazaar is an online store offering a wide selection of high-quality, stylish plain and printed t-shirts, hoodies for men, women and kids and accessories. We focus on trendy, comfortable designs and quality fabrics for everyday wear.  All of our apparel is made from 100% cotton and features high-quality printing.

2. What sizes do your t-shirts and hoodies come in?

Our t-shirts and hoodies are available in standard sizes ranging from XS to 3XL. You can refer to our detailed size chart on the product page to ensure the perfect fit.

3. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Browse our collections, select your size and color, and add the items to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

4. How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. If you’re unsure, refer to the chart or contact our support team for guidance.

5. Do you offer exchanges and returns?
No, Only cancellation of order is applicable with in 24 hours, Refund or Replacement is applicable for damaged products during shipping. Please Read our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Can I customize my t-shirt?
Currently, we do not offer customizations.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but typically range between 5-6 business days. for domestic orders.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track your package.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and digital wallet payments. For a complete list of options, please check our payment methods at checkout. You can also opt for cash on delivery (COD).

11. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within India, but we are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.

12. What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged item?

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

13. How do I take care of my printed t-shirts?

To ensure the longevity of your printed t-shirts, wash them inside out in cold water, avoid using bleach, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the print.

14. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
