✅ We Offer Refunds or Replacements If:

📸 Please provide a photo or video of the damaged item.

2. You received the wrong item or something is missing
If the product doesn’t match your order, or an item is missing from your package, we’ll fix it right away.
📦 Send us photos of the items you received and the package with its label.

3. Your order was lost in transit
If the tracking shows the package was lost, we’ll either refund your money or send a replacement.

  • Please report any issue within 5 days of delivery.
  • Late requests may not be eligible for refund.
  • Reporting an Issue: If your product arrives damaged, report the issue to us within 5 days of delivery. Email your evidence to info@trendztouch.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem.

  2. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm it and process the cancellation.

Please note:

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 1-2 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order will enter the production or shipping process, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued in your account.

Once your order is canceled, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
